Mamaw, as she was lovingly known by many, loved to fish, sew, spend time outside, play games and make crafts. Later in life when her eye sight failed her she turned to tying blankets as her favorite pastime.
Making her beloved Harold search store after store for just the right blankets.
She poured her heart and soul into whatever task she wanted to
She didn't just make one pillowcase dress, one necklace, or one blanket-she made hundreds.
She was one of a kind and a truly remarkable lady who loved her Lord, her family and her friends.
Well, actually she loved everyone and everything. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her, and she will be greatly missed.
We are better for knowing her. It will be impossible to forget
someone who gave us so much to remember, but our loss is Heaven's gain.
